The chicks are being well looked after by their furry “friends!”

Owen’s chicks (Nugget, Rockette and Madame Cluckingham) are all doing well and growing fast!  Owen weighed them the first day and the were 1.2 ounces but now are 2.4 ounces!  When Owen and his brother and sister are busy at school, the chicks are being well looked after by their furry “friends!”


 

I am so excited! We have chicks in our house!

I am so excited! We have chicks in our house!  They came just yesterday.

They do something we call "chick yoga.”  Thy can do it standing up or lying down.  It’s where they stretch out one of their legs.  It’s really cool.

When we brought them home they were peeping like crazy. They also jumped out of their box at the library!
